MDS Solid Carbide Drills/KDS Brazed Carbide-Tipped Drills

Our V-type drill is an industry leader, when the ability to drill a broad range of materials is required. The TiAlN coating (purple/black color) is a wear resistant coating that allows the V-type drill to be applied at higher speeds than that of conventional carbide drills. Paired with a tough substrate yielding aggressive feed rates, the V-type drill often displays increased tool life and productivity.
